Viddy Privacy Policy

Introduction

Viddy Media, LLC ("Viddy," "Company," or "we") respects our users’ privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes how we collect, use, maintain, disclose, and protect information provided or created when you purchase, download, install, register with, access, or use the website and other Viddy applications, including Viddy and Viddy’s social media accounts (collectively, the "application").

Importantly, Viddy does not store or retain any photos, videos, or other captures. All media created using Viddy is stored directly on the user’s device and is never uploaded to Viddy servers.

This policy applies only to information we collect for account registration, subscriptions, and interactions within the application. It does not apply to information you provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party service, which may have its own privacy policy.

Use as Acceptance

Please carefully read this policy regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this application. By downloading, registering with, or using this application, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of this application after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Information We Collect

We collect information from and about users of our application both directly from you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the application.

Information You Provide to Us

Name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information").

You may also provide information for publication or display ("Posted") on public areas of the application or websites you access through the application (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to us and others at your own risk.

Automatic Information Collection and Tracking

Usage Details: Traffic data, logs, and other communications data.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and network information.
Stored Information and Files: Viddy does not store your photos, videos, or media on its servers; all content remains on your device.

If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the application, or delete the application from your device.

Third-Party Information Collection

When you use the application or its content, certain third parties may use automatic tracking technologies to collect information. These third parties may include:

Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers.
Analytics companies.
Your mobile device manufacturer.
Your mobile service provider.

Viddy does not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.

How We Use Your Information

Provide you with the application and its contents, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us.
Manage your Viddy Pro subscription, including billing.
Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
Notify you of updates, changes, or security alerts regarding the application.

We do not use your content (photos, videos, or other captures) for analytics, storage, or advertising.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.

In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

To subsidiaries, affiliates, and trusted third-party service providers.
To a buyer or successor in the event of a merger or asset sale.
To comply with legal requirements, enforce agreements, or protect rights.

Access and Retention of Data Controlled by Our Customers

Viddy has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes. We will retain personal information we process on behalf of individuals for as long as needed to provide services to our customers, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Custom Watermarks & Content Ownership

Users can create and apply custom watermarks to their media.
Viddy does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
All captures remain on users’ devices and are not stored by Viddy.

Partner Program Tracking

For users participating in the Viddy Partner Program, we may collect engagement metrics (e.g., content interactions) to determine tier progression.

Your Choices for Your Information

Tracking Technologies: You can set your browser to refuse cookies or tracking.
Third-Party Collection: We do not control third parties’ use of your information for interest-based advertising.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the application and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at info@Viddy.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.

Underage Users

The application is not intended for minors under 4 years of age, and if you are younger than 4, you cannot register with or use the Viddy products or services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 4.

If we learn we have collected personal information from a minor under 4 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Unfortunately, transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page.
